How long have you been CrossFitting?

Athletic Background: Growing up I played softball and soccer. I was a cheerleader in high school and I've completed a few triathlons.

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?
I was happy I got through it and was excited to come back. 

What is something no one knows about you?
Owned a photography business and took pictures for the Bears organization at Halas Hall.

What are your training/fitness goals?
Continue to work on technique and form.

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement? 
Push press, clean and jerk

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Pull ups, HSPU

What is your favorite cheat food?

What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
Motivating group environment. Variety of workouts.

Any advice for people just getting started?
Don’t give up. Listen to the coaches.
