Your First Week.
During your first week, we will make sure a coach is assigned to help you every time you come in. You can come in as often as you like but most new members make it in 3-4 times the first week. This will really give you a chance to get a feel for the movements, our coaching philosophy and some of our members.
Depending on your experience, every workout will be scaled. Don’t worry if you start using a PVC pipe instead of a barbell, or nothing at all. Everyone was a beginner at some point.
