Class Structure:

This 45-minute class is designed to hit every area of the body, with a focus on building long, lean muscle and burning fat.

Core + Cardio + Strength: You’ll work through 3 segments of work in EVERY class. No area is neglected, allowing for progression in fitness and strength.
