How long have you been Crossfitting?
Just made 1 year this September!

Athletic background:
Hip Hop dance and fitness are what I’m most confident in, but I’ll play and do anything.

What were your thoughts after your very first WOD?
WTF! Can’t wait til tomorrow!

What is something no one knows about you?
I’ve been to more countries than I have states. 11 total! AND…I used to be a background dancer for a local singer in my college days.

What are your training/fitness goals?
Become healthier and stronger

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement?
Deadlifts; I wish we did them more often!

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Well, I have a few. Burpees, Running, Sled pushes, Kettle bell swings, Thrusters….etc.

What’s your favorite cheat food?
Chocolate, Portillos, Pizza…the list is too long.

What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The way it pushes me and the encouragement from everyone. I’m sometimes the last one to finish, and my adrenaline picks up the most when I hear people encouraging me to finish strong.

Any advice for people getting started?
It’s damn hard, but you never regret a WOD, so keep coming back. Stay around the campfire because the people and trainers are awesome.
