None, I never liked working out.

“I love it, let’s do it again!”
What is something no one knows about you?
I recently enlisted in the Army National Guard, and will be leaving for training in December.
What are your training/fitness goals?
My goals are to get stronger and maintain a healthy weight.
What is your favorite Crossfit WOD/Movement?
Deadlifts, burpees, front squats.
What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Snatches and pull ups
What is your favorite cheat food?
BBQ Pizza and cheese fries
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
I love the encouragement from coaches and members, always pushing me to do better. I also love the variety of WOD’s, every day is something different.
Any advice for people just getting started?
Show up every day, give it your best, and don’t give up!
