How long have you been CrossFitting? 
10 months

Athletic Background: 
I swam and played water polo in high school & part of college. Now I play on a softball league in the summer & bowl on a league the rest of the year.

What were your thoughts after your very first WOD? 
When will I be able to use a real bar instead of this light, plastic one? ;)

What is something no one knows about you? 
I recently started fostering dogs for Hoof Woof Meow Animal Rescue in Gilberts, IL.

What are your training/fitness goals? 
At first, my goal was to just look better, but now I'm much more focused on getting stronger and establishing new personal records.

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement? 
Front/back squats

What is your least favorite WOD/movement? 
Running for sure...

What is your favorite cheat food? 
Anything sweet! Cookies, cake, candy... you name it.

What's your favorite thing about CrossFit? 
I love that the work outs are already planned for you and are always different. I also love that both my husband & sister CrossFit with me. It's really exciting to see all of us getting stronger together!

Any advice for people just getting started? 
You will get better if you keep trying! I can do things now that I never thought I would be able to do. On the flip side, there will always be more work to do! I'm 10 months in, which may seem like a decent amount of time, but there are a ton of things left for me to accomplish.
