Athletic background? In High School and College – Baseball, Football and Track. As an adult – lifting heavy.

What are your training/fitness goals? 1250 lbs CrossFit total. To cut fat off of my body. Eventually to do a Muscle Up.

What is your least favorite CrossFit WOD? Filthy Fifty. I’m not ashamed to admit that it broke me…
What is your favorite cheat food? Too many to list – chocolate, beer, cookies, pizza, chocolate, beer…
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit? 1 – It is different every day…makes it exciting! 2 – the atmosphere of Enclave…the coaches truly are people who WANT TO HELP THE ATHLETES GET BETTER!
Any advice for people just getting started? 1 – Ask for help; I’ve never seen anybody ask for help and be denied it. 2 – Push yourself and don’t be afraid to fail. I fail everyday (not always at Enclave) and it makes me that much better. 3 – Focus on you getting better everyday.
