Year and a half
Cheer, rugby, tiny bit of softball and gymnastics.
What were your thoughts after your very first WOD?
Yessss! This is what I have been looking for.
What is something no one knows about you?
I used to teach aerobics part time (when cardio was still called "aerobics").
What are your training/fitness goals?
To be leaner and stronger than I thought I could be and to keep a more consistent training schedule.
What is your favorite CrossFit WOD?
The really long and terrible 20-25 minute variety.
What is your least favorite CrossFit WOD?
7 minute amraps. (Give or take)
What is your favorite cheat food?
Anything with an excessive amount of good cheese (not the orange shredded crap). Also pizza and beer.
What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
Feeling like I could play rugby again each time I complete a WOD.
Any advice for people just getting started?
Be patient and give yourself time to perfect your form. Pick one part of a WOD where you are going to focus and push yourself even if it keeps you from RX-ing or results in a slow time.
