How long have you been CrossFitting?
10 months

Athletic Background:
In high school, I was a 3-sport athlete all 4 years. In college, I played intramural softball and now I play on a league in the summer. I’ve also been bowling since I was 4.

What were your thoughts after your very first WOD?
This is hard but I’m excited to see where this could take me.

What is something no one knows about you?
I can solve a Rubik’s Cube in about 3 minutes.

What are your training/fitness goals?
Get stronger and leaner.

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement?
All types of jerks.

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Burpees and thrusters

What is your favorite cheat food?
French Fries

What's your favorite thing about CrossFit?
My favorite thing about CrossFit is the structure of the classes. I didn’t have the opportunity to participate in many sports after graduating college, and I missed having a coach to push me to do my best and teammates to encourage me along the way, which CrossFit is able to give me.

Any advice for people just getting started? 
You’ll have that one day that you will smile and realize that you are getting better and stronger than you were when you started. It is a great feeling! Oh, and in the summer, choose a spot near the big red fan. It gets hot in there!
