Athletic Background:
I like to be active by running and taking long walks with my daughter.

What were your thoughts after your very first WOD?
I like what I have gotten myself into. Can I really do this? 

What is something no one knows about you?
I’m an open book; I like to express my thoughts.

What are your training/fitness goals?
Be more fit, have more energy.

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD/movement?
I like burpees, box jumps, running.

What is your least favorite WOD/movement?
Hang snatches

What is your favorite cheat food?
Cookies, doughnuts, chocolate cake

What's your favorite thing about CrossFit?
The coaches are inspiring. They point out what when we are doing something wrong and explain how to do it right. 

Any advice for people just getting started?
Eat healthy, drink lots of water before staring your workout, get a good night sleep to have energy the following day. Make sure to warm up before any activities.
