How long have you been CrossFitting for?

It would have been a year but I broke my ankle and went missing for a long time so I'll say I started over in October. 

Athletic background?
None. I don't think I can count always having a gym membership because I'd always get distracted by the T.Vs. 

What were your thoughts after your very first WOD?

As I felt near death I knew this was something I wanted to get better at. 

What is something no one knows about you?
I use to be in an A Capella group.

What are your training/fitness goals?
To be a she hulk. 

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD?
Fight gone bad.

What is your least favorite CrossFit WOD?
Anything with a thruster in it. 

What is your favorite cheat food?

Bacon cheese burgers with an egg on top and chocolate.

What’s your favorite thing about CrossFit?
I love how it challenges you to do things you think you couldn't do and you have an amazingly encouraging community around you. 

Any advice for people just getting started?

Goal set, be patient, and have fun doing it.
