Hey guys, as a follow-up to our pull-up contest from a few months ago and to try to continue with our theme of improving our skill work while having fun as a gym doing it,  the Inaugural Enclave Double-under 3k Challenge. The goal is for as many people as possible to complete at least 3,000 double-unders between August 28th and the end of the day on September 30th. This works out to just over 88 per day on average between now and then!

Post WOD
5 Supersets:
15 Sit-ups + 40% Of Max Pull-up's
Rest 1 Minute Between Sets.
