15 Minutes to Build to a Moderate Triple

2. Conditioning
On the 4:00 x 4 Sets:
20 Forward Lunges
15 Deadlifts (185/135)
15/10 Calorie Row or 200 Meter Run

Post WOD
5 Sets:
Max Effort Strict Handstand Push-ups
Rest as Needed
