Pull-Up practice has begun!  You have until Friday to enter the contest.  See a coach if you're interested.  For those who've already signed up, be sure to bring your $5 next time you're in.


1. Deadlift
Build to a Heavy Set of 5

2. Conditioning
AMRAP 12:
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
9 Deadlifts (225/155)
30 Double Unders

Post Wod
5 rounds of :30 Max effort row followed by a max effort set of strict pull-ups (underhand grip, use a minimal band if needed to allow for at least 5 reps)
