Snatch, work up to a heavy weight. If you are still getting comfortable with the snatch, start from the hang position at the hip, then progress to above the knee.
EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Even minute: 3 -5 power snatches
- Odd minute: 5-8 pull-ups (pick the type that you need work on)
