Strength/Skill:

Snatch, work up to a heavy weight.  If you are still getting comfortable with the snatch, start from the hang position at the hip, then progress to above the knee.

 

WOD:

EMOM for 20 minutes:

  • Even minute:  3 -5 power snatches
  • Odd minute:  5-8 pull-ups (pick the type that you need work on)

Post-WOD:

15 pistols each leg
