"The finish line is sometimes merely the symbol of victory. All sorts of personal triumphs take place before that point, and the outcome of the race may actually be decided long before the end." - Laurence Malone
Happy Hump Day! Congratulations to Sharon for getting her double unders during yesterday's WOD. Between her and Dewey, I've never seen people get double unders so quickly. Nice work guys! Today's WOD will be similar to what we've been doing so far earlier in the week, the 9 movements that we will do will begin on the minute, every minute. The WOD ends either 1) when the athlete is not able to complete all 9 movements within the minute or 2) at the end of the 15th round. Focus on keeping your form tight from start to end, you are better off getting through 8 or 10 rounds with great form than all 15 with sloppy form. Less rounds with better form will serve you better in the long run. Please keep that in mind as you tackle today.

Liza yesterday during yesterday's Snatch Technique session - she looks like she's a foot off the ground. Definitely my new favorite picture!
