Strength/Skill:

5x5 Bench Press, increase weight each set

WOD:

7 minute AMRAP of:

3-6-9-12...

Power Snatch (135,95)

HR Pushups

The first round will be 3 snatches, 3 pushups, the second will be 6 and 6, etc.  Each round will increase by 3.

Post-WOD:

3x ME Muscle ups (progressions), rest 1 minute between sets
