 Last week I was looking for something in a drawer that I don't normally go into and ran across this "keepsake."  The last time I used it was on the morning of 09-11-01.  At the time, I wanted to throw it away and forget that it happened and what I saw.  Instead, I decided to keep it as a reminder to be thankful for every day - and it seemed appropriate to share today.  Never Forget.

The rep scheme of today's workout is self-explanatory for the most part.  The 7 rounds represents the 4 flights and the 3 buildings involved.
