Power Clean from Floor, then Power Clean from Hang (at knee), then 1 Jerk

Work up to a heavy weight.

WOD:

CF Open 13.4

7 minute AMRAP

3 Clean & Jerks (135,95)

3 TTB

6 Clean & Jerks

6 TTB

9 Clean & Jerks

9 TTB....

Add 3 to each movement for every success round.

Post-WOD:

2 minutes ME Double Unders, rest 1 minute, 2 minutes ME Double Unders
