Strength/Skill:

Overhead Squat

6 x 5  Warm up and then try to incrementally increase weight each set.

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP

7 Power Snatch (115, 80)

14 Pull Ups (CTB=Rx+)

21 Weighted Lunges (35, 25)

Post-WOD:

20 Ring Dips
