Strength/Skill:

Add 5# to all of the following from the prior week:

  • 3x5 Backsquats
  • 3x5 Shoulder Press
  • 3x5 Weighted Pullups
  • 3x5 Bench Press

    • Alternate between weighted pullups and bench press
