Hey guys - I put up a sign on the door for anyone who owes payment for goods.  This does not include items from this week.  Prompt payment of the balance due would be appreciated, as some of them have been outstanding for some time!

Strength/Skill:

  • 3-3-3-3-3 Backsquat, increase weight each round

  • 3-3-3-3-3 Shoulder press, increase weight each round

  • 3-3-3-3-3 Weighted pullups, increase weight each round

  • 3-3-3-3-3 Bench Press, increase weight each round

 * Pullups and Bench Press should be alternated until all rounds complete
