We'll be adding two new classes next week - 11am on Mondays and Wednesdays!  As always - please rsvp (and un-rsvp) to to these classes per usual.  Have a great day!

Also - just a reminder that Farmer Bob from the fruit/vegetable CSA as well as Farmer Don from Port Andrew Stock Farm will be stopping by on Saturday after the partner WOD.  You can sign up for the CSA at this time, ask questions, or purchase some meat ( I believe Don will be bringing summer sausage, beef jerk, some ground, etc).

WOD:

1k Row (or 800M run if you are insane)

40 HSPU

40 KB Swings (70,55+) (55,35)

1k Row (or 800 M run)

Post-WOD:

3 x 30 second Ring Holds (hold a medball between your feet if you like or even if you not like)
