Rest / Make-up Day
If you missed a workout on Monday or Tuesday - come in and make it up today. You can also come in and work on a skill or do some light rowing - nothing heavy - we are going to be doing 13.3 on Thursday.
The announcement of the workout will be on the Games site at 7pm Central. Immediately following, the 2012 3rd and 4th place females, Talayna Fortunato and Kristan Clever will be going head to head!!!
