If you weren't able to complete Monday or Tuesday's workouts, come in and do those. Monday's workout was the clean eating benchmark WOD. Also, if you haven't, please weight in as soon as possible as well! We'll get results tallied and announced as soon as possible!
Thursday, we will be completing the first 2013 CrossFit Games Open workout. 13.1 will be announced on the Games site at 7pm Central time. They'll be streaming 2 Games caliber athletes immediately completing the workouts after the announcement (new this year). It should be interesting. The Link is below.
This is also where you can go to register in case you haven't. If you are registered for the Open, you will have a judge counting your reps and only counting the reps for which the full movement standards are met. Rules are also up on the site as well. All scores need to be entered and validated by Sunday evening.
Also, once we get past the Open, Regionals for the North Central region will be held at Navy Pier this year the last weekend of May. We'll be heading down to watch - it is a fun time - plus right in the heart of the city this year.
