 3 Rounds for Time of:

30 pullups

30 Deadlifts (155,105)

30 Box Jumps (24,20)

Scaling Options:   a)  Perform 2 rounds or b) reduce rep scheme to 15-15-15

Post-WOD:

20 Hand Release Pushups

Competitor WOD:

3 RFT: 

10 Ring pushups

10 KB swings (55,35)  - KB should be completely vertical at the top
