Strength/Skill:

Power Clean and Jerk, work up to a heavy weight

 

WOD:

Up ladder for 8 minutes of

  • Power Clean ( @ 65-70% of what you did in Strength)
  • Front Squat
  • Jerk

Begin with a round of 1, then 2 of each movement, then 3, etc...

See how far you can get in 8 minutes.

Post-WOD:

3x10 Hand Release Push-ups
