"Think with your whole body" - Taisen Deshimaru

 

Strength/Skill:

Power Clean and Jerk, work up to a heavy weight

WOD:

8 minute ladder up of:

  • Power Clean (70% of the weight in strength)
  • Front Squat
  • Jerk

Start with 1 rep of each movement, as you progress each round, add 1 rep.  Your score is how far you progressed in 8 minutes.

 

Post-WOD:

3x10 Hand Release Push ups
