SCHEDULE UPDATE: The 4:30, 5:30, and 6:30pm classes have been cancelled. If you'd like to get your WOD on today, come in at noon. Regular schedule will resume tomorrow.

 

Also, just a reminder that for the next 5 weeks, Wedensday will be our rest/make-up day.  Also, if you took part in the clean eating challenge, make sure you get weighed in as soon as possible and complete the benchmark WOD.

Clean & Jerks, 15 minutes to work up to a heavy weight

WOD:

10 minute AMRAP of:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 20 Abmat Situps
  • 10 Pullups
