We have a few visitors who are going to be with us for the next few weeks: Jacob (visiting from college in Colorado), Liz and Tom (visiting from Fort Bragg) who came in with a Liz's brother Nate.  If you see some new faces around the gym for the next few weeks, please say hi and introduce yourselves.   Tom recently finished a deployment in Afghanistan - we thank you both Liz and Tom for your service to our country.

Strength/Skill:

Snatch:

Please work on your technique in the following manner:

  1. Deadlift to above knee,
  2. Pause above knee,
  3. Complete snatch from hang position above knee

 

WOD:

EMOM for 20 minutes

  • Even Minute:  20-40 Double Unders (20 if you are less proficient, 40 if you are very proficient)
  • Odd Minute:  10-15 Hand Release push ups
