"Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out."  But - thankfully, we don't do tabata every day.

 

Strength/Skill:

1a.  4x2 power cleans

1b.  3x ME ring dips

 

WoD:

EMOM for 12 minutes

2 unbroken touch and go power cleans (work up to max effort during strength)

2 muscle ups or 5 pullups / ring dips

 

Post-WoD:

30 abmat or GHD situps for time
