15 Front Squats (135/95)

50 Abmat Situps

50 Plank Hold Jump Switches

15 Front Squats (135/95)

Post-WOD

1.  20 Back Extensions on GHD

2.  Perform 3 sets of low cobra to high cobra (lay on belly, place hands under shoulders, lift up slightly into low cobra, then straighten arms as much as you are comfortable for full cobra - tip head back for a deeper stretch).

 

 

 

Yesterday's 4:30 class slogging through Pullups / HPC / BoxJumps
