WOD:

3 Rounds for Time of:

Run 200M, Rest 1:1

Run 400M, Rest 1:1

Run 200M, Rest 1:1

There will be an option to row as well.  

Post-WOD:

3x10 Ring Dips

 

Looks like we need to get some hi-density plates for next time....
