Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + Jerk

Use 75% or less of your max and focus on form

WOD:

10 Minute AMRAP of:

8 Burpees

8 Ring Pushups

8 Box Jumps (24,20)

Post-WOD:

25 GHD Situps or 50 Abmats
