5x2 Front Squats @ 75%

WOD:

21-15-9

Deadlifts (225,155)

400 M run

The first round will be 21 Deadlifts followed by a 400 M run.  The next round is 15 Deadlifts followed by a 400 M run, etc...

Post-WOD:

Handstand practice (wall or freestanding)
