3-position Snatch (Hip, Knee, Mid-Shin & off the ground)

15 Minutes to work on this - set-up for each position and pause before each lift.  Add weight each set.


5 Rounds for time of:

  • 30 Double Unders
  • 10 Handstand Pushups
  • 10 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Burpees
