Today we'll be testing a 1RM muscle snatch and 1RM snatch as well as completing the 6th Regional workout - it has a 15 minute time cap and there were plenty of competitors that did not complete the workout in the time limit. Please consider this when judging how to scale reps / weight. We have a lot of ground to cover today so please make sure you get to class on time and warm up properly.

- 1 RM Muscle Snatch - starting from the ground, this is to be caught as high as you can without dropping underneath the bar
- 1 RM Snatch - starting from the ground, this is to be caught as low as you can by dropping underneath the bar

- 50 Hand Stand Pushups
- 40 Toes To Bar
- 30 Shoulder to Overhead (160/100)
- 90 Foot Walking Lunges (160/100)
