Tuesday, 06-04-13

Today we'll be testing a 1RM muscle snatch and 1RM snatch as well as completing the 6th Regional workout - it has a 15 minute time cap and there were plenty of competitors that did not complete the workout in the time limit.  Please consider this when judging how to scale reps / weight.  We have a lot of ground to cover today so please make sure you get to class on time and warm up properly.

  • 1 RM Muscle Snatch - starting from the ground, this is to be caught as high as you can without dropping underneath the bar
  • 1 RM Snatch  - starting from the ground, this is to be caught as low as you can by dropping underneath the bar

For time:

  • 100 Double Unders
  • 50 Hand Stand Pushups
  • 40 Toes To Bar
  • 30 Shoulder to Overhead (160/100)
  • 90 Foot Walking Lunges (160/100)

15 Minute time cap
