CrossFit HQ just released the first individual workouts for regionals --> CrossFit Games Regionals 2013 - Day 1.  Regionals in Chicago will be the weekend of May 31 at Navy Pier.

Strength/Skill:

Deadlift, 3-3-3-3-3, increase weight each round, ending in a 3 RM

 

WOD:

3 Rounds for Time:

  • 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75,55)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24,20)
  • 10 Push Press (75,55)
  • Run 200 Meters or Row 250
