A couple of announcements:

  • Flyers are up in the gym for the CrossFit Prevail event "Team Jeremy Fundraiser" which is being held on Saturday, March 18.  It will be a longer partner WOD, bring a dish to share, stay for raffle and to meet fellow CrossFitters from the local area.   Please consider attending if you can!!    We will still be open for a 9:30 class that Saturday for those unable to make it.  Bill and Jim will be heading over early and are ready and available to carpool with those who are interested.  It is only a $5 donation that is asked and is for a great cause.   Heat time signups are on CrossFit Prevail's website via Zenplanner.  
  • You can still sign up for the Wellness Place 5K event which is the following day on Sunday - Kendra has set up an event on Facebook for it - registration details are available there.
  • The kids' room was left a complete mess last night.  Same rules apply in there as in the box - everything you pull out needs to be put away.  Parents - please remind the kids of this.

  • 15 KB swings (70,55)
  • 10 Burpees
