1a.  4x8 Bench Press

1b.  3x10 Dumbbell Snatches

WOD:

EMOM for 16 minutes:

A.  20-30 Double Unders

B.  10-15 KB Swings

Alternate between A and B every other minute.

Post-WOD:

20 Ring Dips
