CrossFit Open 2014 season starts when HQ releases the first workout on Thursday at 7pm.   I believe the deadline to sign up is next Monday, but just sign up today!!!  We'll be doing the workouts as a gym on Fridays for the next 5 weeks.  The deadline to submit your score is Monday evenings this year.  If you are a regular attendee of the 8:30 am class on Saturday, we will also be doing the workouts at that time.  The Saturday 9:30 class will be the Partner WOD as usual.    If you are either an L1 or have taken the judges course (you do not have to be an L1 to take it), come on out to Friday classes if you are available to help your fellow teammates while they compete. Let one of us know if you have any questions!!!
