Great job on all the PR's yesterday for the experienced CrossFitters!!  Great job to all - form looked great yesterday! Yesterday, CrossFit 1013, CrossFit Roselle, and CrossFit Paradox all completed the same WOD - check out their results from yesterday if you are interested - great job to all!!

Strength/Skill:

4x8 Bench Press

3x10 DB snatch

Alternate between each movement until complete

WOD:

1 minute double under buy-in, then

3 Rounds for time of:

10 Pullups (CTB for competitors)

10 Front squats (165,115)

10 Burpees

Post-WOD:

3x5 HSPU (work a more challenging progression than you have currently been using)
