Strength/Skill:

Clean Ladder - start with a moderately heavy weight.

EMOM, add 5-10 pounds each minute until you reach your max.

10 minute time cap

WOD:

1 minute ME double under buy-in, then

3 rounds for time of

  • 10 burpee pullups
  • 20 front squats (155,105)
  • 20 box jumps (24,20)

Post-WOD:

Handstand practice
