Alternate between a. and b.

WOD:

15-10-5-10-15  Pullups

30-20-10-20-30  Box Jumps (24,20) - Regional Standard

The workout will be in the following scheme:  15 Pullups, 30 Box Jumps, 10 Pullups, 20 Box Jumps, etc...
