Bring long socks today if you want to tackle the rope today!  Also, just a reminder that we are having an informal outing at Buffalo Wild Wings this Friday.  (location is Rt 59 and Rt 72-Higgins).  We are planning on meeting there around 7 - feel free to head over straight after the WOD if you plan on attending either the 5:30 or 6:30 class.  Feel free to bring a fresh shirt - you might get a little sweaty on Friday...

If you have been in all week, please use this as an active recovery day - tackle the row with a slow pace, scale it to 1k, you can pick your poison.  Also, consider coming in, mobilizing, and only working on skills that you have been focused on developing.

Strength / Skill:

Rope Climbs ( and progressions:  ring rows / knees to elbow; climb from seated to standing)

WOD:

2k Row.

There is definitely a pacing component here - not too slow, not too fast....just right so that you have enough gas to finish.
