If you have been in all week, take the WOD at a light pace and use it as an active recovery day, and be ready to hit it hard on Friday and Saturday. If you skipped yesterday, make sure you attack today's work.
1a. 5x1 of the following: Shoulder Press + Push Press + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
The weight that you end up using will be determined by how much you can shoulder press. This complex walks you through the Press/Jerk progression and the weight should feel progressively easier to get from shoulder to overhead.
3 rounds of:
10 hand release push ups
10 air squats
Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Work on a skill that you want to improve on.
