Thursday Rest/Make-up Day:
- If you have been in all week - use today as a rest day or active recovery day. If you still want to come in and work on a skill or progression, do some light rowing, etc, please feel free. If you missed one of the WODs earlier in the week, today is an opportunity to make it up.
-Great deadlifts during the last class yesterday. Eric S. hit a big P.R. of 365# (which he did multiple reps of). Jenn K. pulled #215 (and she has limited deadlifting experience). Carmen A. also hit a big 205# (I think she was looking down at the weight and thinking "holy shit, I'm pulling 205#), and Mel M. pulled 265# (not a PR for her, but obviously heavy). Simone G. also got 205# although she was too fast for me to grab a pic. Congrats guys!!!
