If you have been in all week, listen to your body and take a rest day.  If you were limping down the hallways at work/school/home, take a rest day.  Spend a lot of time foam rolling your quads, lats, shoulders.  Stretch out your legs and shoulders.  Rest for tomorrow.

Pick a skill.  Work on it.

If you are doing banded pullups currently- practice moving your body back on the bar between hollow/arch body position.

WOD:

2000 M row, then

30 KB swings (55,35)

Post-WOD:

Stretch and be ready for tomorrow.
