**The Saturday RX+ class is for members only. Members must have been CrossFitting with us for at least 6+ months and we know that you can execute the movements safely without being monitored as closely. It is fast paced and we cover much ground in the hour. Warm-up is done on your own before 8:15. If you have any questions, please reach out to one of the coaches.
