Friday September 14th all classes:

Okay Enclave this is the bring your friends Friday! The workouts will be something everyone can do ( rowing,running,kettlebells,air squats,push-ups,box jumps or step-ups, ex...). Here’s a chance to bring your friend who’s on the fence about starting. This will be partner Wod so you can workout with them... plus we all have a friend who thinks they can crush CrossFit workouts so here’s their chance!
